Refund policy
We have a no return policy, which means you cannot send products back.
* We simply will refund or store credit if there is any issue regarding your order but you must report it to us through our "contact us" form within 24 hours of your order being delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within a 24 hour window of your order being received so if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
* Once we've received your email and have sent acknowledgement of your issue, replacement product will be shipped the next business day, no holidays or weekends included.
Exceptions
The only reason we will send a new product is if the products are damaged or missing from your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
we do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or issued a store credit.
